Select the quantity of magazines that you would like to receive to put them in your shopping cart. These are good quality recycled back issues and gently read copies. Add other magazines and comics to meet your needs and checkout when ready to place your order. Orders are assembled by volunteer teams for pick-up or delivery, as titles and funds are available.

How it works:

This is a product listing by title, so your order will include a mix of good quality single issues within the title that are either unread or gently read and recycled to our program by consumers, businesses, and publishers. The magazines that are available for distribution at the time you place your order may not match the product images displayed.

Our reading materials are available at no cost for distribution only to registered literacy programs serving at-risk readers. We do not distribute directly to individuals.

When ordering, select the quantity needed.

How do we get them?

Placing an order creates a wishlist from products that we currently have available in our inventory. The reading materials that you place in your shopping cart and order will be assembled and earmarked for your organization. They may be available locally for pick-up or delivery, where local teams are able to do that, or may be shipped at no cost to your organization, as our available funds allow.

What does “Available on Backorder” mean?

Literacy agencies use our Literacy Market to create a magazine order, based on literacy needs and reader counts. The order serves as a wishlist. We will utilize this information to assemble a bundle of magazines to match the order. “Available on Backorder” indicates that we do not currently have matching reading materials in stock for that title in our inventory. However, we are always getting new materials and will use your order to focus our attention on receiving matching issues.
