Respect.

Our literacy hats off to the amazing Mid-Ohio Foodbank for eagerly receiving and delivering our magazines to new readers via food pantries, job training, nutrition education, and more. Providing near 150,000 meals a day via 650 community agencies is incredible on its own. We are blessed to be able to tap this extensive supply-chain for good to get vital reading materials into hands and homes. What’s even more beautiful is that the Foodbank has dedicated its mission and warehouse facility to a campus of special projects that go much beyond hunger-relief, to address the root causes of hunger with visible, best practice ideas. They practice and demonstrate what they preach with raised gardens, rain collection, composting barrels, a Little Library, an in-house food pantry, and so much more. They inspire us at MagLiteracy.org to be better and to do more.
