New Jersey – Rise Up for Literacy – We need help with massive statewide literacy deliveries

These are rapid deployments. Volunteer and help us to spread the word to recruit others.
We need team leaders too.
What: Large deliveries of magazines are coming the the NJ Community Food Bank each month for distribution to literacy programs, statewide.  We need volunteers and groups to pick-up magazines at scheduled times and bundle them for delivery to local literacy programs.
Where: Monthly magazine pick-ups will happen at the Community Food Bank of NJ at 31 Evans Terminal Rd. in Hillside, NJ  07205
MagazineLiteracy.org gets new and recycled magazines to hundreds of thousands of children and families in homeless and domestic violence shelters, mentoring and job training programs, foster care and via food pantries and community literacy programs, here in New Jersey and nationwide.

Please volunteer and tell your friends and colleagues to contact us too, so we can get these vital materials into the hands of readers.
